Key Breakage & Deposit
A once off, refundable, Key & Breakage Deposit of R1500.00 applies per booking.
The K&B Deposit is refundable within 10 business days of departure subject to standard Terms and Conditions.
No cleaning or other fees apply.
Rates
Rates are valid for dates given and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Policy
Payment by EFT is preferred.
Payments by Credit Card – for your convenience and on request, a 3D secure online payment link can be forwarded to you for Visa or Mastercard credit card payments if that is your choice method of payment.
Cheques are not accepted.
In order to guarentee a reservation, a deposit payment of 50% must be received on or before the payment date provided, within 7 days of booking confirmation. If not, bookings will automatically be cancelled.
If the Key & Breakage Deposit is not enough to cover damages or costs, the responsible person in terms of the agreement remains responsible in his/her personal capacity for costs.
Minimum Stay
The following minimum stays are valid:
Long weekends: Min 3 or 4 nights (depending on the lenght of the weekend)
December holidays: Min 7 nights, except if Christmas as well as new year is booked, then the min is 10 nights.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 16h00 – 19h00
Check-out: 10h00
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged ahead of time, subject to availability. When guests are checking in after 19h00, a fee of R250 per half hour, or part thereof, is payable in cash upon arrival.
